Retirement Coaching is a benefit that provides peace of mind to your employees yet costs your company nothing. In three visits we offer an informational seminar, a personal interview and a complete retirement planning session for your employees.

As part of providing an environment that supports the health and productivity of its people, many organizations now offer a variety of benefits, such as on-campus day care, dry cleaning, and banking. Now you can provide on-campus retirement planning services for your people. We travel to corporations and educational organizations throughout the greater Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater area to offer employees and members with affordable and comprehensive retirement planning services. At no cost to the organization, this unique business model allows employers to demonstrate genuine concern for the well-being of each employee within the institution.
We understand that the average employee is busy. Though many people know they should have a plan for retirement, there just isn't time in the work week to plan for the future. Our program is a three-step process you can use to address this need.· During an initial lunchtime retirement planning seminar, we will provide valuable retirement planning information, answer individual questions and provide attendees with a kit that explains the retirement planning process.· A week later, we will return and conduct one-on-one interviews with interested participants. This process will allow us to complete the comprehensive retirement planning package and discuss individual retirement planning concerns.· Two weeks later, we will assist you in finalizing retirement planning documents. Through our program, we can help an individual or entire family in planning for their future.

Medicare
Deciding how and when to take Medicare can be very challenging. There are many combinations of coverage to consider. Should you choose Medicare only, Medicare and a supplement or an Advantage plan? Understanding the difference between these three options can be confusing. Medicare supplements work with Medicare and can help pay some or all of the cost left after Medicare pays their portion. They can eliminate networks and help budget healthcare cost without sacrificing health care benefits. Advantage plans replace Medicare and offer more in health care benefits than Medicare alone. There are physician networks and prescriptions formularies to navigate when choosing this type of coverage.
